Great Bear Chase

Saturday, March 11, 2017
Event Description:

For more than three decades skiers have been flocking to Michigan’s Keweenaw Peninsula to finish their cross-country skiing season where the snow stays the longest. Averaging more than 200 inches of snow a year, the Keweenaw is the snow capital of the Midwest, and is sure to be the perfect finish to your season.

Join us at the Swedetown Trails during the Portage Health Great Bear Chase Ski Marathon. The weekend includes classic and freestyle 10 km, 25 km and 50 km races, a snow bike race and the Junior Bear Chase. Visit GreatBearChase.com to see the entire schedule and register today!
